Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico. You and Prime Secure Systems consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of New Mexico.
SECTION 12 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You must contact us at gail@primesecuresystems.com within 30 days of an issue arising to attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. All disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
